Peanut Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

For peanut milk

  • 1 cup (137g) peanuts
  • 3 cups (710ml) water

For smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup peanut milk made with the NutraMilk
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries (about 4.5 ounces)
  • pinch salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Start by making fresh peanut milk with the NutraMilk:

    • Place peanuts in the NutraMilk container.
    • Press Butter cycle, set for 1 minute.
    • Press Start.
    • Add water and replace lid.
    • Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
    • Press Start.
    • Press Dispense, open spigot and fill your container with peanut milk.
  • Place all smoothie ingredients in the NutraMilk and Mix until smooth. Enjoy!
