Get creative mixing different nuts and seeds to make fresh butters that pack a big nutritional punch and offer a different taste than your traditional single nut butters.
This yummy combination is full of heart-healthy nutrients such as monounsaturated fats, omega 3´s, fiber, antioxidants, B-vitamins and more.
Use it as a dip for apples or other fruits, as a spread on toast or crackers, over oatmeal or other cereals, in smoothies or sauces or by the spoonful. Enjoy!
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. flaxseeds
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- optional: cinnamon, vanilla extract, sweetener of choice and/or coconut oil to taste
- Place all ingredients in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 12-13 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Open the container lid.
- If necessary, set for an additional 1-2 minutes for a creamier butter.
