A clear glass filled with homemade strawberry oat milk

Oat milk is one of the favorites among the various plant-based milks. Its one of the lowest in calories, lowest in fat content and a good source of B-vitamins, such as thiamine and minerals such as magnesium and phosphorus. Flavored with fresh or frozen strawberries - absolutely delicious. Enjoy!

  • 1 cup (107g) oats
  • 1 ½ cups strawberries, washed and halved
