A clear glass jar filled with cashew butter with The NutraMilk off to the side

Cashew butter has a slightly sweet, nutty, mild flavor. It’s one of my favorite nut butters because it’s delicious on its own, I frequently use it as a spread on toast or crackers with fresh fruit, but it’s also so versatile. It can be used in so many savory recipes to add creaminess, flavor and nutrients, especially good to take any sauce to the next level. Its often used in many plant-based recipes in substitution for cheese, all you got to do is add a few ingredients such as nutritional yeast and you get a creamy cheesy flavor. Also, great for many sweet treat recipes where instead of dairy cream we use cashew butter. One of my favorites is cheesecake made from a cashew base. And not to mention all the plant-based cheeses you can make out of cashew butter. So next time you’re cooking up a dish, see if you can add cashew butter to the recipe as your delicious secret ingredient.
