Thankful for the reviews that told me that it would fit. Works great. My old filter basket disintegrated, but it lasted quite a few years before it did. The coffee pot is still going strong!

Works well, allows use of conical filters. Perfect for smaller brew batches on weekdays.

If you have a BV1800, your filter basket will eventually disintegrate, and when you search for a replacement, you won’t find any. While not a direct replacement, this unit fits perfectly and the material appears better. This unit is has a slightly larger volume and the dispense hole seems to be slightly larger. This can be offset by adding one additional scoop/tablespoon of coffee.

Works perfectly and fits my coffee pot perfectly.
