Vegan Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 cup unsalted cashews (150 g)
  • 4 tbsp. brewer’s or nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 


  • Place all ingredients in the NutraMilk and press Mix until well mixed and you get parmesan cheese texture and consistency. This should take no more than 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
