Troubleshooting "Assembly"
If any of the parts are not locked in, due to NSF safety warning the machine will stop and show error “ER message”/red light.
TIPS:
- Make sure the lid was locked into place.
- Make sure to screwed the top part of the black arm if is loose to prevent it from popping out.
- Make sure the black arm on top was locked into place w/ the motorized wipers (if this pops up, the machine will also stop and give you an ER message/red light)
