INGREDIENTS

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 TBL maple syrup
  • 1 TBL almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all ingredients in NutraMilk.
  • Press Mix, set for 1 minute, then press Start. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses
  • Garnish with chopped pecans
  • Feel free to use your favorite nut butter instead of almond butter. Coconut milk can replace almond milk.
