Yoga + Healing Turmeric Golden Milk
After your Yoga Routine, continue your body's wellness with a Healing Turmeric Golden Milk.
- Place 1 Cup Almonds (or Cashews) in the NutraMilk Container
- Press Butter + Set for 7-8 Minutes
- Add 1.5 Tbsp Ginger
- 3 Tbsp Turmeric
- 1/4 Cup Date Molasses
- 1.5 Tbsp Vanilla
- 2 Sticks Cinnamon
- Press Mix for 3 Minutes
- Add 6 Cups Filtered Water
- Press Mix for 1 Minute
- Dispense desired portion into small saucepan
- Warm the milk uncovered over low-medium heat for 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally
