Tropical Nut & Milk Butter

INGREDIENTS

For tropical nut butter

  • 2 cups total of a mix of: raw cashews, raw brazil nuts and raw macadamias
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • Pinch sea salt 

For tropical milk:

  • 1 cup total of a mix of: raw cashews, raw brazil nuts and raw macadamias (Or use half of the tropical butter you just made)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (omit if using half of the tropical butter)
  • 1 cup of fresh mango, chopped (about one small mango)
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 piece of fresh turmeric
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 4 cups water

INSTRUCTIONS

For tropical butter:

  • Place all ingredients in the NutraMilk container.
  • Press Butter cycle, set for 6 minutes.
  • Press Start.
  • Your tropical butter is done! 

For tropical milk:

  • Place all ingredients (except the water) in the NutraMilk container.
  • Press Butter cycle, set for 2 min.
  • Press Start.
  • Then add the water.
  • Press Mix.
  • Press Dispense.
  • Press Start and open the spigot to fill your cup!
