Chocolate Pistachio Milk

We know chocolate and pistachio pair really well in all types of desserts, why not try in a milk? You´ll be surprised- it´s rich and delicious. Check out the simple recipe below. You can also replace half of the pistachios with cashews for a naturally sweet taste. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

Yield: 1 quart (4 cups / 946 mL) 

  • 1 cup pistachio nuts (130g)
  • ¼ cup chocolate bar melted or cacao pwoder
  • 1 tbsp. sweetener of choice (I used swerve sweetner)
  • 1 quart water (946 mL)

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Place pistachios and in the Nutramilk container.
  • Press Butter cycle, set for 5-6 minutes.
  • Press Start.
  • Open the container lid, add chocolate and sweetener and mix until combined. Re-place lid.

  • Open the container lid, add water. Re-place lid.

  • Press Mix (do not change this default time).
  • Press Start.
  • Press Dispense.
  • Press Start and open spigot to fill your storage container.
