Spicy Peanut Vegan "Pulled Pork" Sandwiches

coconut milk dairy free gluten free keto nut butters paleo peanut butter plant base milks vegan whole 30

Prepared and photographed by NutraMilk nutritionist, Florencia Tagliavini.

Here is one version of vegan "pulled pork." It's obviously quite different nutritionally, but the texture is similar and so is the look plus this creamy peanut sauce makes this vegan "pulled pork" just mouth-watering. Love it! It's filled with healthy veggies and nourishing coconut milk and peanut butter freshly made in the NutraMilk. Aside from making sandwiches you can make tacos, or serve over rice, cauliflower rice, etc. Swap the small quantity of sugar for stevia or other keto-approved sweetener and make this recipe paleo, whole 30 and keto friendly. Enjoy!
