Pistachio Cream

This perfectly sweet delicious pistachio cream can be used as a spread over toasts, crackers or as dip for fruits and also as a filling for donuts, pastries and cakes. Enjoy!

  • 1 heaped cup shelled unsalted pistachios (150g)
  • ¾ cup pistachio milk or any other plant-based milk made with the NutraMilk
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter (dairy or vegan butter)
  • 1 tbsp. powdered sugar (icing sugar or keto friendly substitute such as Swerve)


  • Place pistachios and salt in the NutraMilk container
  • Press Butter cycle, set for 5-6 minutes
  • Press Start
  • Open the container if necessary, set for an additional 1-2 minutes for a creamier butter.
  • Add the rest of cream ingredients.
  • Press Mix, until all ingredients are well-combined into desired cream consistency.
