Dumplings with a Teriyaki Style Dipping Sauce - Asian Fusion by Foodmarshall

INGREDIENTS
Dumplings:
  • Vegan, plant-based dumplings of choice

For the Teriyaki Style Dipping Sauce (soy-free):

  • ¼ cup peanut butter (made in Nutramilk) *See Below for Instruction*
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos (or nama shoyu or tamari)
  • ¼  cup raw sesame oil or toasted sesame oil 
  • ⅛ cup coconut nectar (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger or ½ tbsp. ground ginger 
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch sea salt + cayenne pepper
  • Garnish with white sesame seeds

For Peanut Butter: 
  • 2 cups raw peanuts or almonds

INGREDIENTS

For Peanut Butter: 
  • Place Peanuts or almonds in the NutraMilk container.
  • Press Butter cycle, set for 12-13 minutes.
  • Press Start.
  • Open the container lid. If necessary, set for an additional 1-2 minutes for a creamier butter.

For Teriyaki Style Dipping Sauce:

  • Once your peanut butter is ready, add the remaining ingredients to the NutraMilk.  Press Mix, set for 1 minute.

  • Press Start.

  • If the mixture is too thick, add water and mix again.
