Macadamia Milk Iced Coffee

Recipe inspired by Australian Macadamias.

With hot days still ahead this is the perfect iced coffee beverage.

We chose to use fresh macadamia milk made with the NutraMilk because macadamia nuts pair especially well with coffee. These exotic nuts are also very nutrient dense providing heart-healthy fats, protein, fiber, various vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are key to health.


  • ½ cup espresso coffee
  • 1 cup macadamia milk made with the NutraMilk
  • Sweetener of choice to taste (stevia, monk fruit sweetener, caster sugar, etc)
  • ⅓ cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice-cream (optional) 

For macadamia milk

  • 1 cup (135g) macadamia nuts
  • 1 quart (946ml) water


For macadamia milk

  • Start by making fresh macadamia milk with the NutraMilk:
    • Place macadamia nuts in the NutraMilk container.
    • Press Butter cycle, set for 1 minute.
    • Press Start.
    • Open the container lid. Add water and replace lid.
    • Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
    • Press Start.
    • Press Dispense, open spigot and fill your container with macadamia nut milk.
  • Place coffee and sweetener of choice in a coffee jug.

  • Stir until sweetener has dissolved. Add ice cubes and macadamia milk and stir to combine.
  • Top with vanilla ice-cream for a treat (optional). Enjoy!
