INGREDIENTS

For pumpkin seed milk

  • 2/3 cup (90g) pumpkin seeds
  • 4 quart (946ml) water
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)

For tea latte

  • 2 cups pumpkin seed milk made with the NutraMilk
  • 2 tea bags of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • coconut oil or butter or ghee
  • cinnamon, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • For pumpkin seed Milk
    • Place pumpkin seeds in the NutraMilk container.
    • Press Butter cycle, set for 5-6 minutes.
    • Press Start.
    • Open the container lid, add water and replace lid.
    • Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
    • Press Start.
    • Press Dispense.
    • Press Start and open spigot and fill your storage container.
  • Heat pumpkin seed milk in a saucepan until hot. Add honey or maple syrup and coconut oil.
  • Pour in mug with tea bags.
  • Garnish with cinnamon and serve immediately.
