Gingerbread Almond Butter

Recipe by Marianna Moore from Mariannas Pantry.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp. molasses
  • 1 tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all ingredients in the NutraMilk container.
  • Press Butter cycle, set for 12-13 minutes.
  • Press Start.
  • Open the container lid.
  • If necessary, set for an additional 1-2 minutes for a creamier butter.
  • Add almond butter to an airtight jar and store in refrigerator.
