Seeded Overnight Oat Parfait

What to make your mornings easy and stress-free? Add these nourishing ingredients into jars at night, then wake up to a breakfast that magically happened while you were sleeping. With brain-boosting fats, healthy carbs, and a dose of plant-protein too, this Seeded Overnight Parfait will keep your mind focused and body energized all morning long!

Makes 2 jars 


For the seeded oats: 

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats 
  • 1¼ cup plant-based milk made in the NutraMilk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter made with the NutraMilk
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds 
  • maple syrup to taste 
  • pinch of salt 

 For the compote: 

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or orange juice 
  • splash of water 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


  • Add oats, plant-based milk, chia seeds, nut butter, flax seeds, maple syrup and salt to a jar. Mix well and store in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. 
  • Add compote ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for 5-6 minutes until the berries are soft. Turn off heat, stir in chia seeds, and let cool. 
  • Layer the compote into the seeded oat mixture and top with fresh fruit. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
