Almond Cashew Milk Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

For almond cashew milk        

  • 1/2 cup (75g) cashews
  • 1/2 cup (75g) almonds
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)

For pudding

  • 1 cup cashew milk or any other plant-based milk made with the NutraMilk
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp. of oats (optional)*
  • sweetener of choice such as stevia, honey, maple syrup (optional)*
*Do not use if you are following a paleo, keto or whole 30 diet. 

INSTRUCTIONS

For cashew Milk

  • Start by making fresh almond cashew milk with the NutraMilk:
    • Place cashews & almonds in the NutraMilk container.
    • Press Butter cycle, set for 7 minutes.
    • Press Start.
    • Open the container lid, add water and replace lid.
    • Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
    • Press Start.
    • Press Dispense.
    • Press Start and open spigot to fill your storage container.

For pudding

  • Combine everything in mason jar or bowl. Stir/shake to combine.
  • Let sit for at least 30 mins -1 hour to soak and soften the chia seeds. It´s even better to refrigerate overnight for a thicker consistency.
  • When you are ready to eat- add any toppings you like such as berries, nuts, and seeds, nut butter, etc.
