Simple Hazelnut Butter
Hazelnut butter provides lots of energy and many healthy nutrients. Hazelnuts have the highest folate content than any other nut. An adequate intake of folate is associated with healthy pregnancies, helping the spine and brain development of fetuses.
This butter is a good source of vitamin E (16% DV*) which helps keep your skin glowing and hair strong and shiny. Yield: Approximately 11/4 cups / 284 g
- 2 cups raw hazelnuts (270 g)
- 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)
- Place hazelnuts and salt in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 15-16 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Open the container lid.
- If necessary, set for an additional 1-2 minutes for a creamier butter.
