Peanut Grape Milk (PB & J Milk)

Peanut Grape Milk (PB & J Milk)

This peanut grape milk makes a great mid-day snack! With almost 10g of protein per glass & heart-healthy fats, it will satisfy your hunger and sweet, creamy craving plus keep you satisfied ’till your next meal. Also a good source of many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants including: iron, vitamin C, vitamin E, B-complex vitamins, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. Enjoy!

Yield: 3 cups / 710 mL

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanuts (137 g)
  • 3 cups water (710 mL)
  • ½ cup unsweetened grape juice concentrate (118 mL)
  • 1 Tablespoon non-GMO sunflower lecithin (optional)*
*This milk has a tendency to separate quite a bit, so I recommend using lecithin.

  3. Press Start.
  4. Open the container lid, add water, grape juice concentrate, and lecithin

  5. Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
  6. Press Start.
  7. Press Dispense.
  8. Press Start and open spigot to fill your storage container.
